Wonderful dream featuring Lacroix

Tt was a bit strange and for some reason Heath's Joker also made an appearance, but mostly the dream was about Lacroix. Yeah the one from Forever Knight! If I ever had doubts if I was still a fangirl (after those dreadful exerpts from the third season) the dream swept it all away.

It actually started out rather fugly, with my character looking for a flat and then the women who showed me the flat discovered that a couple of gangsters had overtaken it. I managed to slip into another room unnoticed, while she was brought to the head of those thugs and if you read the first sentence, you know who that was.

Anyone, I escaped through the windows and also some of those guys followed me, I managed to evade them, well at least for now - but more about that later.

Instead, I picked up on another add, household-help with few hours and free living, it also said it involved a pregnant lady, but with my current problems I decided to give it a try. As it turns out, the women did not really want someone to help her with the household, she was looking for someone willing to fullfill her duties as a wife, while she was pregnant and it would endanger the child. Now guess who her husband was *rofl*

Of course, I had no problems with the arrangement. It seems my dream self and Lacroix knew each other. It seemed a bit strange for Lacroix to have a mortal and pregnant wife, but of course in the dream I only wondered if she was so comfortable with the substituting because she knew I was going to end up dead as part of the dream.

Anyway a lot of rated stuff went on (why do I always wake up with a kink in my neck, after I dreamt some vampire bit into it?) and then suddenly the thugs from before showed up at the house asking for me. Lacroix said not to worry and we withdrew in the basement. When I told him if he was not worried about his baby. He flat out told me, that it was not his. Apparantly the wife wanted to get knocked up but did not caught onto the undead part. Funny enough I remember my deam self saying to him: "Oh so the tv show got the undead part right." *rofl*

Lacroix then told me that he was actually glad I showed up, because it was time to move on for him. At this point the thughs broke in and at first Lacroix wanted to attack them, but for some reason I knew that the only guy in the group was some sort of unbeatable demon, unless the female who was the guardian of his life-energy was killed. So I convinced him not to do anything and while we had a brief chat with the demon, I tried to figure out which of the girls was the guardian. (Sounds like a concept I can use for a novel)

The demon grabbed me and took me out of the room, making the mistake to leave the girls behind to finish him, which was of course not so good for them. He killed all but the guardian, whom he set up so she would die about an hour later. Then he went up, where his wife was asking him what he was doing and he told her, that he was leaving her.

I hope I remember what he told her correctly, it was a bit strange, but still reminded me of his broadcast wisdom. He was kind of refering to what an overrated emotion love was. He said he tried it for a while with her, hoping that making her happy was also going to make him happy. It turned out that their love was like her having car problems and he was the guy coming by to fix her up. There was just no fun for him in it.

That in fact the reason why he wanted to go after my dreamself was that for a change I would be the one making all the efforts ...

The rest of the deam is rather confusing, but that was the funny part - the rest has to do too much with our little RPG world and tons of characters that would need explaining for everything to make sense.
